Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Social Family Bahudyashiya Sanstha Lagam, all donations made are considered to be given voluntarily and with full consent. Once a donation is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
However, in exceptional cases where a donor claims to have made an incorrect donation (for example, transferring a higher amount instead of the intended lesser amount), the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Our team will then verify whether a Donation Slip has already been generated for the said transaction. If a Donation Slip has not been issued, the organization may consider initiating a refund.
Please note, if a Donation Slip has already been generated, the donation amount will not be refunded under any condition.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
